AFAIK, no one has created the low level drivers to support OS X on the StarMax/PowerMac 4400 computers. It might be possible to parallel the work Ryan Rempel has done to get OS X installed on the PM 7300-9600 computers buy creating a custom installer based on Darwin and OS X.
