I think Starmax users best hope is Sonnet, last time I looked they 
said they would "probaly" be able to get OS X running with L2 upgrade 
cards. But even if OS X  will be possible the 160MB RAM limitation 
will certainly effect it's usefullness. I think 9.1 is probally the 
parctical limit of the hardware.
