I don't see any reason why that should not be compatible. The only issue is that you probably will not be able to use the Microsoft drivers as they are probably expecting a USB version. I know there is a shareware extension you can use to enable the right mouse button on a PS/2 mouse, but I am not sure about the scroller or middle button.
I have a Logitech ADB marble and I know it's drivers do not recognize any PS/2 mice (of course). I would also be interested to see if anyone has a PS/2 driver/extension that enables all the features of the mice.
