Ive updgraded to OS9.1 from OS7.61 , im now being asked for Text Encoding Converter, when using explorer and now Dreamweaver 4 wont work without this.
Ive tried turning on ATM 4.02 in the extensions folder, but it automatically gets turned off when the OS loads up at start up. do i need a new version? where can i get it? could one of u guys or gals help me out?!
