Hello, I have 5 Starmax systems that I use in my business. As well as G4's and Powerbooks.
If you didn't get a CD to install the card when you bought it, you will have to download the ethernet driver from a later OS such as 8.5 or 8.6. The 7.5 that came with the original software did not have ethernet software included. Also while I'm on the Starmax list, Since apple decided not to support the Starmax buyers/owners, I have supported other Starmax owners and that includes getting them the appropriate OS's to run their machines. I also buy and GIVE Apple older Mac's to senior citizens homes and people of the churches.
