Some StarMax came with ata/ide cdrom and some came with scsi cdrom in
addition to the regular ide controller in both cases.
Those that came with scsi cdrom already had a free ata/ide controller
available besides the regular ide controller.
Some users having computers that came with ata/ide cdrom, exchanged
their ata/ide cdrom for a scsi cdrom, freeing up that controller for
another ide hard disk.
