I'm not sure what happened with mine. The box said 16 MB I think, but by the 
time I got it second-hand, it had 64 MB as two dual-bank 32 MB DIMMs. Hm.... 
where did the 16 go? (part-exchange? did a grue eat it?) and was 2x32 cheaper 
than 1x64? Seems daft to do it as 2x32 because I had two 32s where I wanted to 
put two 64s when I upgraded. So I moved one of the 32s into the single bank 
slot and now, too, have my 144 MB.

Not as odd as the idea that to Mac OS 9.1, 144 MB is a lot of memory... other 
systems don't concur with that.... :)
