I'm assuming your momentary power switch seems to switch OK, and there's no chance your power switch is rubbing against the case and Jammed in the "pressed in" position?

Check the switch with an ohm meter (power off, of course) to see if it makes contact, then releases OK.

The front panel switches are connected to the MB with wires and connectors I think. Remove and clean accordingly with alcohol, then replace.

Again with power off, remove the cable from Power Supply and replace a couple of times to clean connectors.
