[Starry Night] SETI@Home 3.0

... it appears to me that the SETI@Home plugin might need to be updated
for SETI@Home 3.0? Starry Night can't seem to display the Gaussin fit,
and the new data seems to be confusing SN Pro's display of spikes and
such.
