Lots of things to do, compiled apache and php more than 5 times(using WHM cpanel's easy install feature), installed activemq, ejabberd, meteor, tried rabbited, orbited. memcache and sphinx are on my server already. Until today, 9 days work, finally finished it. most features of 0.9.x work well now.
I like statusnet's code, really nice. but the server environment is complicated. sn isn't suitable for newbie webmaster. 2-3 years experiences in web dev area are needed I think. you need to know how to compile apache and php, how to install modules on linux server. need to learn many web servers. Very happy now, thanks for your help. Jesse
