Some performance problems on identica started in the last week or so.

Is there some kinda "we know, it'll be fixed soon" message I can pass on?
That's pretty amazing, actually; OLPC only has a few subscribers, so the
new inbox structure shouldn't be causing this.
I've been getting timeouts, too. I thought it was related to the new
inboxes, but apparently not.
Zach: can you put some debugging metrics into the new notice action to
see what's getting held up?
