Folks,

This is primarily for people with commit access to the StatusNet repository. If you don't have that, you can safely ignore.

We're driving pretty hard to get a release of StatusNet 0.9.0 out by the first week of February (I'd like to show it off at FOSDEM 2010).

For that reason, I'd like to ask the following:

   * The /testing/ branch is now for code that will be part of 0.9.0.
These should be on the short list at
     http://status.net/wiki/Product_Plan#0.9.0_Release. Please /don't/
add code for features other than those on the 0.9.0 release list
     to the /testing/ branch.
   * The /0.9.x/ branch is now for code for the post-0.9.0 stable
branch. Code should go here if it's not a major change; if it's
implemented as a plugin; and/or if it does not change the core
database schema. Emphasis is on "stable".
   * The /1.0.x/ branch is for new code for the new unstable branch,
which I hope to see us release in a relatively short timeframe.

Let me know if you have any questions.
