At this time, we have not figured out the cause of the problem on EM64T
windows. I have checked with a couple of the windows developers for
ideas, but nothing conclusive has arisen.
My current working hypothesis is that a required component or components
are missing from the install on the shared EM64T machines. On my local
box, I installed all available components, while only the Visual C++
language tools were installed on the shared machines.
Farid, can you shed any light on this hypothesis?
