I like to have lots of numbers, as long as they are meaningful in context. (galactic coords make no sense for planets, usually...;-) - but ecliptical coordinates do make sense! Maybe the supported info can be configured in the config.ini? The text color should contrast with the sky background, currently info on the setting sun is hard to read. (light blue on twilight-ish brown) But maybe this is the only hard-to-read case... > - Find a way to add more buttons in the bottom bar. It would allow also meaningful sub-buttons for plugins, like short-press=activate-toggle, long-press/right-click=configure. > - Better way to control time. The time bar is OK, but should not always appear in center, but with a registered/configurable location. Integration into the bottom bar would be fine. > [...] > other things? Wish List, GUI-specific: 1) It should be possible to allow a switch Gregorian/Julian calendar in the time panel. Also, time zones sometimes could be made switchable (or even a switch for "mean local time"?) Also, it should be possible to display DeltaT, as soon as this branch is finished. (What happened?) 2) Motion in time: daywise/weekwise, with a selected object (typical: Moon, planet, comet, sun at certain twilight altitude) frozen in altitude, as long as this is possible. Could be solved with yet another plugin, any volunteers?
