Hi Alex
You may have the necessary libraries installed into mingw but they aren't
there for a standard Windows build which of course still bombs
If we need these libraries they will need to be supplied.
Gettext will probably be updated eventually for windows but until such time
the changes to the po builds should be held in aside until this is done in the
interests of compatability.
