I have completely re-written the first part of the MSYS build section to 
reflect the current state and then up dated the rest to correspond.

I think it is OK but I had a few hang ups while writing and lost a lot of text 
and had to compose it again.

I will look at it again tomorrow. In the mean time you might like to check it 
for any obvious errors.

The Qt creator was updated recently. I think the only changes will be centered 
on installing changes to gettext and libintl
