Not 100% sure it's the same issue, but I also see this after merging trunk
up to 5720 into my Android
branch<https://code.launchpad.net/~brady.brenot/stellarium/android-port>.
The splash screen displays momentarily, if at all, and then is replaced
with a black screen.
