Hi
I got the meteor shower to work with the latest json file. There was an old
copy in the user area causing trouble. I had to manually update it.
However I have tried all the suggestions for the sound on 5 computers running a
combination of XP, Win 7 and win 8.1 but can't get it to work. I can't compile
in linux at the moment because I can't get Qt 5.2 installed on the virtual
computer.
How about compiling the test versions on sourceforge with sound so that I can
compare them with my builds that all have sound activated.

Are you had updated meteor showers data from internet?
Now how about getting the sound and video to work in 0.13 like it does in
0.12.4
Sound work for me on linux.
