I agree at first glance it looks all about config but If you look there is a 
different good architecture doc buried in the directory somewhere. I do not 
have it close at hand.

What does MSI mean? Microsoft Installer System. FileName.msi is a data driven 
installer file. Msi support is built into windows.

I remember seeing documentation on the config service when I first looked at MS 
docs a year ago.  The docs concentrated more on the config service than the 
actual services themselves.
