It looks like the RAT tool is actually in part a JAVA style checker like FXCop in the DotNet world.
Two Questions Would it make more sense that FXCop be used at least in part instead of RAT for M1? What is the RAT process? Is this policy? Is there a user's guide? I could not discover it. Thanks! Drew
