I vote to clean up the html and either leave the look and feel as is, or make 
it more like the WSO2 site.  The more consistent they are the better I think.

I like the look of all 3 designs but maybe just because I have been staring
at the current UI for a while I feel it is fine. I agree that the UI could
be cleaned up but do not feel there is anything that wrong with it. I don't
have a strong opinion so if you have a design you like and would like to
implement it as part of the cleanup then I say go for it.
