Shankar, This is the same issue I was receiving in a previous email [OPS Certificate error on Windows 2003 Server]. I haven't found a resolution yet. Drew recommended that I reinstall my certs, but that didn't worked for me.
I'll keep you updated if I find anything. Additionally, if you find something please let me know. Not sure if it matters, but what OS are your running?
