Also just so you know this should only be related to the MSec order processing 
mode.  If you change to the ORDER_PROCESSING_MODE of ASync_Http you should be 
able to get it up and running.

I am running WindowsXP. Since you are having the issue in Server2003, the
problem might be due to OS.
