Hello, I noticed when reading through the mailing list archives for this project, that Ben Dewey had suggested that a table of contents be created for the wiki site [1]. This was actually one of my first thoughts as well when I visited the wiki for install instructions. It was kind of a confusing experience.
I'm wanting to get involved with this project, and thought that maybe a way to get my feet wet would be to create a simple landing page on the wiki that had a more structured and formalized listing of the contents. I would certainly be willing to do that if no one is opposed. Also, I think it might be helpful at some point to expand the usage of the wiki to include other content besides install guides as well. Even if this additional content started as simply short explanatory more technical descriptions (as opposed to marketing-style descriptions that seem quite widely available) of the different frameworks/platforms for which there are implementations o the stock trader app. This would be for developers that may have only heard the names of certain frameworks, but aren't sure how exactly they fit together with other technologies, or from where they originated. This is merely a suggestion, I would not be able to author that content at this point, and would probably need to draw on others that are familiar with each technology. Let me know what you all think. Thanks in advance! - Nick Hauenstein [1] http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-stonehenge-dev/200906.mbox/%[email protected]%3e
