I guess I never updated the list on this. I did post up my prototype of the 
wiki so that it is now hosted at Apache, and editable by all here.

Additionally, I converted the manual.doc file that was included in the metro 
implementation's documents folder, and moved it to the wiki [1]. We can update 
that with the additional documentation from STONEHENGE-100 once that is all 
finalized.

I think we should get that content to the stonehenge wiki hosted at Apache.
