I have seen these alert reports also.. goodness not as many as you 
get though :)

I asked our resident google participant about this and was told to submit:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals?pli=1

But it never seems like the appropriate place.. maybe Olivar can 
reply about his?
