The move came after the Democratic Opposition of Serbia (DOS) outvoted it to enact a decree allowing extradition of war crimes indictees including former president Slobodan Milosevic. SNP ministers, including Premier Zoran Zizic, placed their mandates at "the party's disposal" Saturday after it became clear that DOS would use its dominance to pass the decree. The much larger and more powerful Serbian partner opted for the decree, bypassing parliament, after the SNP shot down a bill on full cooperation with the United Nations war crimes tribunal in the federal parliament.
