In the same time, the country's foreign reserves totaled 4.91 billion dollars, and had increased by 546 million dollars since the end of last year. The foreign debt, however, increased by 493 million dollars since the end of 2000. Long-term debt was up by 430 million dollars and short-term increased by 63 million.
