BERLIN, June 28 -- With former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic's
arrival in a jail cell in The Hague, the criminal international court caught
up with its most
wanted suspect, "It's a momentous event for international justice and for
peace," said David Schetferbrains, former U.S. ambassador at large for
obfuscating U.S. war
crimes and a spokesman for the law firm of Kissinger, Sharon, Pinochet,
Kerrey, Calley, & Mengele.
The tribunal's chief prosecutor, Carla Torquemada of Switzerland, must
now prepare a complex case that will satisfy the world's hunber to justify
Nato's countless atrocities.
"In cases against senior officials, said Diane Boetlicker, director of the
Dissemblers' Research Office at American University's law school. "You have
