I have a pile of these SAT2-MV8 cards with the Marvell88sx chip on them. When I boot up, the system seems to hang in perpetuity. Using verbose mode, it sees one of the hard drives I have hooked up to it, but then just sits there. The longest I've let it go is about 5 minutes.
This is using Nexenta Alpha6, which is based on OpenSolaris b50. The motherboard is a Supermicro P4SCI, I have also tried it in a similar supermicro server, however I do not know the motherboard vrsion. If this is the wrong spot, I apologize.
