Delete the bfu and recreated the b61 environment from the primary b60
slice.

This second time I was unable to create the same error with the b61 system.

The client desktop was not so loaded with other (inactive but using memory)
apps. I'm not sure it is possible to recreate the same situation to cause
the core dump again. Even though I was able to do it previously with two
different zvols.

Unfortunately I did not setup a third slice to do the bfu. So I'm not 100%
sure the LU b61 upgrade is exactly the same.

Also the disappearing iscsi target was fixed by the upgrade to b61, note a
reboot did not fix this issue with b60. I'm not sure if some meta-data
changed between b60 and b61 in the iscsi zfs target. Potentially that might
have caused problems.
