Created a new iscsi zvol and had the same issue. This time I was able to reconnect to the target. I was also burning a DVD (b61) at the same time on the workstation onto a usb burner. Plus playing some mpg3 from a usb HDD. So the IO channel on the workstation should have been full.
I was able to recopy the fileset onto vol02 after reconnecting to it. This second time I was reruning the dvd burn job. A fourth isvol (vol03) created did not have the problem. I did not run much else while doing this copy.
