The code is also targeting mode then just a change to t10_raw_if,
since that is just the pass-thru path for disks that are SCSI-3.
The needs of [1] below, plus X4500s (AKA - Thumper) which has SATA
not SCSI-3 disks, requires 10_spc to emulate PGR.
