You can watch for changes in the following location:
 usr/src/cmd/iscsi/iscsitgtd/t10_raw_if.c scsi_cmd_table_t for entries
0x5e (PERSISTENT RESERVE IN) and 0x5f (PERSISTENT RESERVE OUT).
