When first using the iSCSI Target, one must setup a location for  
persistent storage of attributes.

You can check this location with:

# iscsitadm show admin

If not set, one can be set with the following command:

# iscsitadm modify admin -d /etc/iscsi/target

or a directory of one's choosing.
