Running a T3 with ZFS, in JBOD mode, is probably the only sane way to run this 
particular array. The RAID5 algorithm in this particular array is plagued by 
silent data corruption.

As the modern host processors are several orders of magnitude faster than a 
hardware RAID, it makes no sense to risk your data and run your storage on a 
hardware RAID that's flaky and actually slower than what ZFS or Oracle ASM will 
provide.  JBOD + ZFS and/or Oracle ASM is the way to go.  All the way.
