These properties are not needed/defined on snv_82.
If you'd like to see what the available properties are do:

sharectl get smb

This is an informational message displayed by svcadm not a warning.
There's no problem here. I guess it means that you have multiple NICs on
your system.

If your join domain was successful but you can't authenticate then
there's something else going on. Any messages in /var/adm/messages?
Is the user a domain user or local user?
What's the output of "smbadm list"?
