I just noticed the following error visible from the XSCF console on boot:
...
POST Sequence 10
ERROR: POST detected failure. Check error logs.
POST Sequence 11
...

The associated error log entry is:
Date: Jun 01 10:54:58 EDT 2008 Code: 60002000-c0ffba01-0200241500000000
Status: Warning Occurred: Jun 01 10:54:57.354 EDT 2008
    FRU: /IOU#0/PCI#0,/IOU#0
    Msg: PCI access error

Does anyone know what the error might mean, or do I have to call up Sun support
to interpret the error code?

Thanks,
William Yang

I do not see any 1077 pci vendor ids in the prtpicl output. That is the
qlogic vendor id used with the driver binding.

Without it showing there the driver will not bind. I do not know how to
troubleshoot it beyond that. QLogic and Sun have not tested this HBA and server
combination so I'd guess there is some pci incompatibility.
