This has nothing to do with iSCSI.  The problem is a more generic issue with 
all disk transports. The problem is the the partition table created when you 
format the disk holds the disk size.  There are a number of blogs / white 
papers how to dynamically change the size of the disk with Solaris around on 
the internet.  Try googling for something like "solaris dynamic disk 
expansion".  Also I know NetApp has a white paper about this exact topic on 
their support site for Solaris, unfortunately I no longer have that link.
