Solaris support on dynamic lun expansion is coming soon. This feature basically works on two sides: disk driver [s]sd detects the LUN size changes and the disk consumer (i.e. file system) pulls the trigger to change disk label when notified.
The disk driver part changes went into build 90. The ZFS(currently the only consumer for this feature) changes will be integrated shortly.
