Additional info: I rebooted the system to clear the missing drive and let it
find the drive in the new slot, but the pool was marked "unavailable" due to
insufficient replicas; c7d0 listed as too many errors (the drive pulled out)
and c8d0 "corrupted data". I thought I would have to start over, so I
destroyed the pool and went to recreate it, but it said there was an active one
already. I tried "zpool import" (which I'd tried before rebooting, but it said
there was nothing to import, as it hadn't noticed the drive) and lo! it loaded
it back in with drives c8d1 and c8d0, with resilvering in progress. My best
guess is that with the errors going on, rebooting caused it to think c8d0 was
corrupted as it was still trying to write data, and it's resilvering from c8d1
to c8d0 (since it lists c8d1 first) even though c8d0 should be the good one and
c8d1 the "bad" one.
