Hi, I have an old thinkpad sata hard disk and needed a backup disk. Ultrabay hdd slot seemed faster than usb so I bought one. Now when I connect disk I got [b]a lot of sector read errors[/b]. I swaped ultrabay disc for the laptop disk and [b]created a new table on the disk[/b] (under gentoo) but [b]Solaris still can't read from the ultrabay disk [/b]. Even fdisk command takes his time (about 5 minutes to give results) and shows me that ultrabay drive should be c4d0.
