Actually I would expect that to be the correct behavior after removing the 
discovery address. iSCSI discover targets are normally used to find the 
available resources on the target. Once a sucessful logon session is 
established discovery is out of scope and is not used until a subsequent 
discovery is initiated or a disconnect occurs. This is the same behavior on 
other initiators like Microsoft, Cisco, Qlogic and the likes of. However if you 
were to place authentication requirements into the mix then the removal of the 
ACL for that initiator should result in a loss of access to the respective 
target.
