Yes, the first time I ran into this I destroyed the volume and created a new one. Now that I've hit the problem again (not after a power failure but after a controlled reboot) I suspect something else needs fixing. As I mentioned in my followup, it's not just Linux that has this problem-- the Solaris initiator also gets a LUN error. This makes me think something is wonky with the ZFS/iSCSI sharing. I'll try a non-ZFS iSCSI share and see if it still has the problem.
