Works really well with the LSISAS-3801E. They also work well with the Areca ARC-1680lp. Of course, a few months after I got the E4-ML, they released a version with the external mini-SAS connector http://www.siliconmemory.com.au/content/enhance/proavio_eb8ms.html I quite like these units and I'd happily get another one.
