Must support Xeon 5100 series (Woodcrest) chips (I have 2, but I can
settle with just one)
E-ATX form factor
At least 2 onboard SATA ports
At least 2 PCI-X 133mhz capable slots

That's it. For example:

Something like that looks like it meets all the needs. According to the HCL,
it's all supported, I think. But I've ran into issues at least with regression
in Opensolaris. It works in one version, does not work in the upgrade...

Onboard SATA - Intel ICH9R SB SATAII Controller - looks like a TON of
other mobos are using this without issue
Network - Intel Dual 82573V/L Gigabit Ethernet Controller:

I plan on using this with two Supermicro AOC-SATA-MV8 or whatever cards, and
using the onboard SATA for the mirrored boot drives. I have a similar setup at
home just with a single processor that I purchased myself (and in this case,
the company has supplied the woodcrests)

The cheapest one possible to do the job is the best. So far this is the
cheapest I've found (sub $300)

TIA.
