How would the OP resolve a shared interrupt with a usb port, I have the
exact situation on one of my backups servers!

First go into BIOS and try to re-arrange the IRQs manually. If that doesn't work, then try moving cards to different slots, and if that doesn't work disable USB.

Not so eligent, but the only way in Solaris I'm afraid.
