I run the free version at home and send my backups to a friend. My
friend sends me his backups. I don't backup to crashplan.com.
At work, we use it to backup our Windows/Mac Laptops. It works really
well and IMHO put netbackup to shame! The client install is fast. The
upgrade procedure is very easy, simply upload the upgrade file to the CP
server and all the clients get updated the next time they connect.
Also, the software upgrades itself automatically with the free version.
I have never had to administer it after I set the backup.
+1 for crashplan pro and home.
