Thanks for posting this. I've managed to get everything working, but I get
"errors" logged to /var/adm/messages whenever I run smartd or smartctl (e.g.
smartctl -a -d sat,12 /dev/rdsk/c7t0d0s0). Here is what I am referring to:

I get this for all my drives. So, even though everything seems to work fine,
but there still seems to be some sort of issue with the SATA PASS THROUGH
command (at least in my case.) Anyone else using smartmontools 5.39.1 on
snv_134 seeing this???
