I have the same issue with a new LSI 9240-8i with the imr_sas 3.01 (MegaRAID Release 4.2) driver from 26-JAN-19 downloaded from http://www.lsi.com/channel/products/megaraid/sassata/9240-8i/index.html.
I am not doing any hot swapping, but see the same kernel panic from kmem_alloc_160 when I enable the zfs auto-snapshot services.
